3. User Conduct Policy

Users of the Coework platform agree to:

- Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
3.3 Enforcement
Coework LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also remove content that violates our standards or legal requirements.
4. Vendor / Exhibitor Agreement
4.1 Eligibility
Exhibitors must be authorized representatives of their organization and must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, gaming, and data‑privacy regulations.
4.2 Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors agree to:
- Provide accurate company and product information
- Ensure all booth content is lawful and appropriate
- Maintain updated contact and billing information
- Respond to attendee inquiries in a professional manner
- Comply with Coework’s content and conduct standards
4.3 Content Ownership
Exhibitors retain ownership of their content but grant Coework LLC a non‑exclusive license to display, host, and promote that content within the platform.
4.4 Payment Terms
- All exhibitor and sponsorship fees are due at the time of purchase
- Fees are non‑refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- Failure to pay may result in booth removal or account suspension
4.5 Prohibited Exhibitor Content
Exhibitors may not upload or promote:
- Illegal gambling services
- Misleading or fraudulent claims
- Hate speech, harassment, or explicit content
- Malware or harmful code
4.6 Platform Modifications
Coework LLC may update or modify the platform at any time. Exhibitors will be notified of major changes that affect booth functionality.
4.7 Termination
We may suspend or terminate exhibitor access if:
- Payments are not completed
- Policies are violated
- Content is unlawful or harmful
- The exhibitor misuses the platform
